Hi there! I’m Meaghan, the fitness fanatic behind The Fit Crasher.

This website chronicles my sweat and spandex infused adventures as I attempt to review every workout class the fitness industry has to offer. I’ll bring you all of the essential details so you can choose new fitness adventures with confidence. The Fit Crasher team is kind of like a fitness concierge or workout tour guide to your city’s fitness scene.

But before we get started, I thought I’d share a few points about my fit crashing credentials:


started year round swim team at the tender age of 4

dabbled in dance, diving, skiing, tennis, and cross country

became high school varsity swim team captain

swam for ncaa division 1 school

co-founder and women’s captain of collegiate triathlon team

competed in USA Triathlon collegiate national championship twice

began love/hate relationship with hot yoga

ran two marathons, qualified for Boston

climbed a “14er” in Colorado with brother

ran Boston Marathon in 2010

training for Brooklyn Half Marathon + NJ Triathlon in 2015


And after many years sweating all over DC, I’m now diving into the fitness scene in my new home town: New York City.
